Computer Engineering

Type:
Undergraduate
Degree:
B.S.
Description:

The Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering (BSCPE) is designed to teach and train a student to be a computer engineer. All engineering students begin with a two year common curriculum where the students learn the fundamentals and take courses from each of the three engineering disciplines represented at the university of mechanical, electrical and computer engineering. After the initial two years, the students work on more advanced work in computer engineering and continue to work on integrated engineering projects and designs.

A specialization is required for the BSCPE. The student must complete a minimum of 8 quarter hours from one of the following specializations: 1) Communications, DSP and Networking; 2) Robotics, Embedded Systems and Instrumentation; 3) Computer Systems Engineering; 4) Individualized Option

Total Credit Hours:
190qrt. hrs.
Other Requirements:

NOTES
